Job Description:
The Senior Director, Corporate Counsel & Compliance will serve as the general counsel and compliance lead for the IHFM business unit. They will partner with leadership on legal and compliance strategies in alignment with business priorities and goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the legal subject matter expert for IHFM client groups and provide expert legal advice and guidance on digital health matters, including medical device regulations and data privacy and security. - Oversee all IHFM legal department activities such as legal research, contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation management. - Support senior and executive leadership in establishing the IHFM business unit of Edwards and identify unmet legal and compliance needs. - Drive IHFM efforts to implement the global compliance program and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to digital health operations. - Manage a team of legal and compliance professionals and provide guidance and feedback on assignments and projects. - Serve as a legal advisor for Edwards in interactions with government agencies as the company expands its facilities in Naperville, IL.
Qualifications:
