WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Provide administrative support to Haven and it's Intermediaries *Respond to queries from Intermediaries by telephone/ email/ letter *Deal with all tasks within the agreed service level agreements *Help and deliver the targets set out for the team *Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with CAS, Records, Funds Issue & IT, working with them to improve processes and procedures *Focused and able to work to tight deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU HAVE:
*Previous experience in managing high volume of activity from telephony to administration. *Previous experience in working as part of a team by supporting the team in achieving KPI`s.assigned. *Previous experience with managing mortgage activity would be an advantage. *Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships in order to drive customer application to drawdown *Excellent communication skills both written & verbal *The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual who has a proven history of prioritising, planning and working well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
