Experience Information:
At least 4-5 years of Criminal Defense Experience Experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state and local level
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on their legal rights and draw up legal documents for their case Attend pretrial hearings and advise clients on best strategies Manage court appearances, trials, drafting motions, and legal research Analyze probable outcomes of cases and manage caseload Provide legal analysis for clients and gather additional evidence Prepare clients for depositions and determine case strategy
Qualifications:
4-5 years of Criminal Defense Experience Experience with complex criminal cases at all levels Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to handle a high workload

Senior Criminal Defense Attorney Position with Premier Law Firm in Las Vegas

Responsibilities
As a Senior Criminal Defense Attorney, you will report to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and be responsible for managing your own caseload. Your duties will include advising clients on their legal rights, attending pretrial hearings, managing court appearances and trials, and providing legal analysis for clients. You will also work closely with our Criminal Defense Team of Attorneys and legal assistants to strategize and gather evidence for cases.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 4-5 years of Criminal Defense Experience and be able to handle complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are preferred but not required.
