Job Description: Our premier law firm in Bakersfield is seeking a Senior Criminal Defense Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Senior Criminal Defense Attorney, you will manage your own caseload and collaborate with our Criminal Defense Team.
Responsibilities: - Advise clients on their legal rights and draw up legal documents - Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic advice to clients - Manage court appearances, trials, and perform legal research - Analyze potential outcomes of cases and manage workload - Provide legal analysis and gather evidence to support clients' cases - Prepare clients for depositions and determine case strategy
Qualifications: - 4-5 years of Criminal Defense experience - Experience with complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - Strong work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch legal services
Salary: Up to $120,000.00
