As a Senior Counsel for Employment Law at RSM, you will have the opportunity to work with a global firm that is dedicated to empowering its clients and employees to reach their full potential. You will also have the opportunity to work with attorneys across the General Counsel's office to develop legal strategies for RSM's international and country operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $209,300 - $370,700 and is open to candidates in the US or India, where RSM has an office.

Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and develop strategies for RSM's international and country operations - Advise on labor and employment-related matters, hiring, performance management, wage and hour, contingent workforce issues, and other employment related matters - Manage and monitor litigation and disputes involving RSM US India - Proactively identify and monitor new and emerging legal issues - Ensure compliance with changing regulations and guidelines - Assist with global compliance processes and policies - Develop and implement training programs - Drive a culture of compliance and ethics - Advise on immigration and global mobility issues - Assist with investigations and grievances - Assist with corporate secretarial matters and regulatory filings - Review and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements - Advise on legal matters related to business operations in India, including data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate matters - Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to AI, data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and corporate matters - Ability to communicate legal requirements and concepts to business and senior management - Strong drafting and negotiation skills - Ability to accommodate work hours involving international time zones - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders - Education Qualification: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree, with active membership and good standing in the Bar (required for US applicants) -
