Dykema's Los Angeles office is seeking a highly experienced attorney to join our National Discovery Counsel team as Senior Counsel. This role will involve handling high-profile automotive-related litigation and managing complex discovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product liability and California breach of warranty law, with experience in defending corporate depositions and handling discovery motions. The position requires a detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent writing and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients effectively. Admission to the California Bar is required, and familiarity with federal and local courts is preferred.
As Senior Counsel, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to oversee the discovery process, draft responses, conduct investigations, prepare protective orders, and lead a team of staff attorneys and paralegals.
