Salary Information:
- Annual salary structure with no bonuses - Ability to choose each year how much of compensation is in salary versus stock options - Top of market compensation determined by market indicators and individual job family, background, skills, and experience - Range for this role is $400,000-$800,000

Experience and Responsibilities:
- 12 years of experience directly advising on employment-related issues, including investigations, employee relations, compensation, discrimination and harassment, terminations, hiring practices, best practices/policies, leaves and accommodations, and managing employment-related litigation - Collaborate closely with Talent (HR) organization, technology and engineering teams, and various compliance initiatives - High risk tolerance and ability to apply it smartly in each situation - Experienced perspective on employment counseling and managing litigation in the corporate setting - Previous in-house experience at a California company or studio strongly preferred - Ability to think practically when considering risks and be solution-oriented with advice - Open-minded and able to pivot quickly if business needs change - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Reports to Senior Director, Employment Legal
