Position Summary: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a Senior Counsel to join our Legal team and provide guidance and advice on U.S. labor and employment law. This role will collaborate with business leaders and People partners to ensure ethical and lawful decisions are made and defend the company in administrative charges and attorney demand letters.
Responsibilities: - Provide informed understanding of legal obligations and risks to clients - Identify training needs and direct training initiatives - Engage and supervise outside counsel in administrative charges and demand letters - Develop relationships with business partners and understand business goals - Assist in training and supervision of outside counsel
Qualifications: - Extensive experience in employment counseling - Broad experience in defending employment-related charges and lawsuits - Curiosity and desire to fully understand processes and facts - Strong communication skills - Responsive and client-focused - Organized and able to handle multiple projects - Enthusiastic and ready for challenges at Fortune 1 scale
