Senior Counsel, Employment Law - Job Summary
The Senior Counsel, Employment Law position at ZoomInfo offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join our growing in-house legal team. This role will be based in either Vancouver, WA or Waltham, MA and will involve providing practical advice and counseling on labor and employment law for our global workforce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities for the Senior Counsel, Employment Law position include monitoring compliance with employment laws, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, advising on legislation and regulations, providing training, and supporting HR in performance management and employee discipline. This role will also involve working closely with internal clients and colleagues on the ZoomInfo legal team, as well as supervising outside counsel when necessary.
Qualifications for this position include at least 5 years of experience in employment law, with in-house experience preferred. Candidates should also have excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to function independently and as part of a team. A commitment to personal and professional growth is also required for this role.
The Senior Counsel, Employment Law position requires a license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, with a preference for Washington or Massachusetts.
