Senior Construction/Labor Law Trial Attorney - Wilson Elser - White Plains, New York

Position Summary
As a Senior Construction/Labor Law Trial Attorney, you will independently manage a caseload involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, or construction (NYS Labor Law) matters. You will work closely with other attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projects, regularly handle court appearances and depositions, and communicate with clients to provide status reports. This position offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $200,000 USD, based on experience, education, and other factors.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of New York. You should also have at least 3 years of defense litigation experience, preferably with experience in construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241), insurance defense, premises liability, and/or general liability. Experience appearing in court for OSHA hearings is a plus. Superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently and responsibly are also required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
