About the Position:
As a Senior Complex Litigation Attorney at Wilson Elser, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of prominent national clients and take on substantial litigation responsibilities. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and is available in our San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end - Collaborate with other attorneys and partners - Prepare for trials, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions - Communicate with clients and provide reports
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice in California - 8 years of defense litigation experience - Experience with Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information:
- Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000 USD - Final salary wages may be outside of this range based on individual circumstances
