Law Firm is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Tax Analyst with an MAI and CMI designation. This individual will be responsible for reviewing property valuations and identifying tax savings opportunities using various analyses. They will also lead and advise staff in appeal processes, perform tax projections and annual budgets for clients, and communicate appeal status and client needs. The Senior Commercial Property Tax Analyst will also present and negotiate appeals with assessing jurisdictions and promote the firm's services to potential clients. In addition, they will review and approve invoices.

• Must work in Law Firm's Chicago office daily
• MAI Appraiser designation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields
