Position Summary: - Seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with experience in real estate litigation, business disputes, and complex contracts - Must have at least 5 years of experience and current WSBA membership
Basic Requirements: - Undergraduate and JD degrees from accredited institutions - Excellent time and project management skills - Self-motivated and detail-oriented - Strong legal research and writing skills
Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Ability to work with multiple partners and manage responsibilities for different cases - Prepare discovery and respond to requests - Attend and manage hearings, mediations, and court proceedings - Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs - Communicate effectively with clients and managing attorneys - Analyze and research case law, statutes, and regulations - Utilize strong writing and critical thinking skills - Organize and manage documents for complex litigation - Ability to handle complex problems with initiative and sound judgment

Compensation: - Salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 annually, based on experience and portable business - Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plan, vacation and sick leave, and more
