- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various technology contracts and legal documents, including SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs, Security Addenda, and vendor contracts. - Collaborate with internal business clients and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure legal support for sales, partnerships, and procurement teams. - Create and update playbooks, legal templates, and mentor other legal and contract professionals. - Work remotely as part of a globally distributed team. - Member of the bar in at least one U.S. State with 10 years of combined law firm and in-house legal department experience. - Experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements, DPAs, and partnership agreements with Fortune 500 clients. - Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with non-lawyers. - Experience working closely with sales teams to support company's sales goals. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in various legal tools and software. - Bonus points for experience negotiating AI terms and implementing a CLM solution.
