About the role As the newest member of the Kleenheat Planning and Analysis team, you’ll be joining a small team of enthusiastic commercial minds. The Planning and Analysis function coordinates the annual planning cycle, whilst providing challenge and insight to support decision making. Some of your activities will include: Evaluation and critique of capital expenditure proposals, business development opportunities and major business improvement initiatives. Supporting business level strategic and operational planning processes. Providing a mentoring role within Kleenheat to enhance employee commercial skills. To excel in the role you will need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of businesses cases to senior and executive management. Financial skills encompassing modelling, valuation and risk analysis. Sound commercial discernment with proven experience in commercial project evaluation with a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions. Tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering related discipline; investment management qualifications will be well regarded. Experience in renewable or emerging energy would be preferred.
