Job Title: Senior Client Intake Specialist - Immigration/Criminal Defense Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
Responsibilities: - Screen all potential new client inquiries through various channels (email, internet, phone, referrals) - Contact potential clients and establish a relationship with them - Schedule appointments for potential clients - Conduct interviews with genuine empathy and compassion - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases
Qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency required - Minimum 3 years of sales experience required, customer service experience a major plus - Strong background with performance-based metrics - Case Management software experience is a major plus - Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise - Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines - Must be able to work weekends - Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred

Overview: The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking an experienced Senior Client Intake Specialist to join our Dallas office. This individual must have strong sales experience and a desire to grow within the legal industry. The Senior Client Intake Specialist will be responsible for screening leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and assisting attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases.
