Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in Immigration or Criminal Defense? Do you have a passion for helping people and a desire to grow within the legal industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is currently seeking a Senior Client Intake Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and handle incoming client calls with empathy and compassion - Conduct interviews with potential clients to gather case details - Schedule appointments for potential clients - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases - Maintain accurate logs and reporting systems - Collaborate with attorneys to complete the initial consultation process - Work some weekends and commute to our Los Angeles office as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience a plus - Strong background in performance-based metrics - Experience with case management software preferred - Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise - Ability to meet goals and deadlines - Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
