Job Title: Senior Client Intake Specialist (Immigration and Criminal Defense) Department: Client Intake Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
Responsibilities:
• Screen and schedule potential clients for attorney consultation • Monitor and follow up on potential client inquiries • Build relationships with potential clients • Update logs and reporting systems • Conduct interviews with potential clients • Schedule appointments • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks • Follow instructions and perform accordingly
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required • Strong background with performance-based metrics • Case Management software experience preferred • Resourceful and motivated • Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines • Must be able to work weekends • Immigration and Criminal Defense experience preferred
The Law Firm, A.P.C. is looking for an experienced Senior Client Intake Specialist with strong sales skills to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position will be responsible for screening potential clients and obtaining case details to determine if a case should be retained. Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required, customer service experience a plus • Experience with performance-based metrics • Experience with Case Management software preferred • Resourceful and motivated • Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines • Ability to work weekends • Immigration and Criminal Defense experience preferred
