Summary:
The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Senior Client Intake Specialist with strong sales experience and a background in Immigration or Criminal Defense. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development and possess the ability to screen potential client calls. Responsibilities:
- Screen and schedule potential client consultations - Monitor and contact potential clients through various channels - Conduct interviews with empathy and compassion - Collaborate with attorneys to complete initial consultation process - Assist with administrative tasks and maintain databases
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience a plus - Strong background in performance-based metrics - Case Management software experience preferred - Resourceful and motivated to solve issues - Able to work weekends - Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
