Responsibilities:
- Screen and schedule potential client calls - Monitor and follow-up on all potential client inquiries - Establish relationships with potential clients - Conduct interviews with empathy and compassion - Schedule appointments for potential clients - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks - Collaborate with attorneys for the initial consultation process - Maintain accurate logs and reporting systems
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, customer service experience preferred - Strong background in performance-based metrics - Experience with case management software - Resourceful and able to problem-solve - Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines - Availability to work weekends - Immigration or Criminal Defense experience preferred
