Law Firm is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal) for their Dallas office. Responsibilities:
Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types and client processes Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervisor Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case management systems Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance Demonstrate flexibility and initiative
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role At least two years of business immigration experience (i.e., paralegal) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using MS Word and Excel Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
