SUMMARY OF ROLE:
In this role you will work within a Credit Products team to support the design and implementation of new products being rolled out as part of our exciting and transformative Business Credit Accounting programme.CA programme. In addition you will support the business readiness activities required to transition the new products seamlessly into the bank's business and operating model
Having experience working within banking operations, product management and/or SME Lending is a benefit for this role. You will be analysing the impact of the new products on the "As Is" operating and business model and driving out the activities required to ensure the "To Be" models are fit for purpose.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
*Understand how a change in product characteristics can impact the business & operating model *Plan and run workshops to ensure the appropriate dialogue takes place in order to challenge the product design and in turn secure consensus on the way forward *Engage with business stakeholders to garner their support for the appropriate business readiness activities that need to be undertaken prior to product deployment. *Document the business requirements that will support the product design *Validate functional requirements / user stories against said business requirements
