ROLE: Senior Business Analyst, Customer Credit History Change Programme, Retail Governance, Dublin
LOCATION: Central Park, Leopardstown/Hybrid Working
This role is being offered on a Permanent basis.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Senior Business Analyst, Customer Credit History Change Programme under the direction of the Head of Customer Credit History, Retail Governance will be responsible for leading business analysis assessment to clearly capture business requirements and capabilities/solutions to address business challenges emerging across a number of streams within the CCR Change Programme which has a Central Bank delivery road map out until 2024.
At the heart of the Customer Credit History team is the customer, and this role will support the implementation of our regulatory change requirements to ensure we accurately report the customer credit data to the Central Credit Register. Accurate reporting of customer's data is essential to ensure both internal and external credit decisions are informed along with protecting both the interest of the customer and the bank.
The Senior Business Analyst will clearly capture programme/business requirements and capabilities/solutions to address challenges that arise. They will be accountable for articulating recommendations that impact the overall solution design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Supporting a number of CCR Change Programme Streams *Support the successful execution of the ‘Discover to Design' phases and guide other consultants and business analysts throughout the programme stream lifecycle to ensure business value realisation *Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, business SMEs, Technology and Architecture Teams documenting business requirements, user stories and change requests *Work closely with the CCR Change Programmes Business Change Manager and Programme Manager to ensure all milestones are met *Anticipate problems/issues, take necessary actions and manage conflicts through effective stakeholder management *Support the wider change function in the scheduling, designing and implementation of User Acceptance Testing

*Previous change management experience, ideally having worked in an agile team environment *Proven ability of building strong relationships with the programme team and key business and technology stakeholders *Experience in problem solving and change management initiatives across multiple functional areas *Prior experience in Data Change programmes would be an advantage *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
