Law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bankruptcy Attorney to join our Virginia practice. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious legal group and handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in bankruptcy law, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines. The candidate must also possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to work independently. A valid Virginia bar license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and file bankruptcy pleadings and claims in accordance with jurisdictional requirements Manage routine bankruptcy cases Monitor electronic bankruptcy filings and attend hearings regularly Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and Trustees on a regular basis Other duties as assigned

Proficient in computer skills and general office tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to identify and suggest areas for improvement Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Able to work autonomously
Experience and Education Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree Active Virginia bar license Minimum of 7 years of bankruptcy law experience
