- Seeking a senior attorney with appellate litigation experience - Minimum of five years of experience required, including clerkships - Open to candidates with decades of relevant experience - Looking for star advocates with exceptional writing and editing skills, rigorous thinking, strong advocacy instincts, collaborative spirit, and passion for public interest work - Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and staff preferred - Entrepreneurial mindset desired - Familiarity with plaintiff-side advocacy and complex civil litigation preferred but not required - Position can be located in Washington, DC or San Francisco - Salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on experience, plus annual bonuses
