Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation file from start to finish - Provide legal services and support to growing businesses in the Buffalo, NY area - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents and pleadings - Attend court hearings and trials - Negotiate settlements and agreements - Maintain organized and accurate case files
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience - Licensed to practice in the state of New York - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage a litigation file from start to finish - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
