- Seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with expertise in business law. - Will report through the Legal Department’s Commercial practice group. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze legal risks and develop creative solutions. - Develop and negotiate seller-side commercial contracts. - Provide ongoing and focused training on legal issues to various teams and departments. - Act as an ambassador for Legal Department processes. - Provide supplemental support for various projects, including real estate, bankruptcy, M&A, tax/finance/accounting, distribution, and capital projects.
