Senior Attorney (Work from Home) - Family Law - Colorado Springs, CO

- Work from Home position with in-person court appearances and client meetings
- Handle diverse family law cases including divorce, custody, support, and property division matters
- Represent clients in court and provide legal advice and updates on case status
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective case handling
- Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients in mediation and settlement conferences
- Stay up to date with legal developments and trends in family law

H2: Position Requirements

- Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and set up a productive workstation
- Minimum of 4 years experience in family law
- Active admission to Washington State Bar and in good standing
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Client-focused mindset with commitment to exceptional client experiences

H2: Skills and Competencies

- Professional communication and effective interaction with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
- Proven ability to handle a variety of family law matters and balance multiple cases simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and legal deadlines
- High attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving issues and managing caseloads
- Ability to work under pressure and advocate for clients in negotiations and mediation
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends when necessary
