As a Senior Associate Attorney at our law firm in Iselin, NJ, you will have the opportunity to represent mortgage servicer and investor clients in a variety of real estate litigation matters. We are seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 10 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably with knowledge and experience in New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law. A J.D. degree and bar license in good standing in New York is required, with bar licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut being a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and handling a case load of contested foreclosures, defensive litigation, and ancillary matters. You will also have the opportunity to prosecute commercial foreclosures from start to finish, draft legal documents, appear in court, and communicate with clients to ensure quality representation. Your strong writing and communication skills will be essential in this position, as well as your ability to effectively manage time and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
