Senior Associate Attorney - Business Immigration Law - Santa Monica, California (Remote)
Are you an experienced business immigration attorney looking for a new opportunity with a global law firm? WR Immigration is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team in Santa Monica, California or work remotely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions while collaborating with a team of legal professionals. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and communicate options to address clients' business immigration needs - Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the application process - Supervise and collaborate with legal support teams to ensure accurate preparation and filing of applications - Maintain accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases - Assist clients and staff with questions and inquiries - Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association - 5 years of business immigration experience - Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, including NIV and IV - Proven track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong organization skills - Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently - Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
