Law firm Cadwalader is currently seeking mid-level and senior associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in securitization and structured finance. The ideal candidate will also have experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance. This position is based in the Charlotte, NC office and offers a competitive annual base salary range of $260,000 to $435,000.
The practice area for this position is Transactional - Capital Markets, with a focus on securitization and structured finance. The successful candidate must have excellent academic credentials and prior experience in a law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of securitization and structured finance transactions, including CLO, CMBS, Repo, and ABL finance - Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including offering documents, indentures, and credit agreements - Conduct due diligence and assist with deal structuring and execution - Collaborate with clients and other attorneys within the firm to provide high-quality legal services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in securitization and structured finance - Prior experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, but not required - Excellent academic credentials - Solid law firm work experience
Salary Information:
- Anticipated annual base salary range of $260,000 to $435,000 - Actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and location - Expected start date in Fall 2024
