As a Legal Secretary at Stark & Stark, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Perform legal support duties such as client intake, gathering medical records, and preparing legal documents - Act as a professional liaison for clients and handle phone calls - Schedule conference calls, depositions, and other legal proceedings - Coordinate with witnesses and other law firms for trial testimony - Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks such as composing correspondence, filing documents, and processing expense reimbursements - Sort and distribute department mail
