Sales Representatives Location: Mount Airy, North Carolina Salary: Base Salary Generous Scaled Commission (Paid Weekly) Benefits: Paid vacation after first 12 months employment Paid national holidays set by Barns.com management. State of the art technology, including full 19 inch LCD monitors and new computer equipment, Sealy Posturepedic office chairs. Monday through Friday work week, no overtime or holiday/weekends. Outstanding company team environment. 60 Minutes Paid Lunch with two 15 minute paid breaks. In-Office Game Room/Sofa Lounge, with big screen TV and Wii. In-Office Full Kitchen Optional Weekly Training and Sales Skills Improvement Seminars. Located in the heart of town (Mount Airy, NC), very convenient for lunch. Our office borders large walking/biking trail, great for lunch walks/biking. No insurance benefits at this time but likely in the near future. Requirements: No sales experience required. Good, outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to work well with numbers. Willingness to learn about our products first hand and become an expert about all of our products. Typing skills helps but not required (willing to learn and use technology). How to use the computer, email such as Outlook and willing to reach out to customers. Communication skills and self-motivated is important. Not easily discouraged.
