Remote Sales Representative (Bilingual in English and Spanish)
We are a virtual U.S. law firm looking for a driven sales representative to join our team. Position Overview:
As a remote sales representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound sales appointments with potential clients. These appointments will be pre-booked on your calendar, allowing you to focus on understanding the client's needs and presenting our services as a solution. This is a fast-paced role that requires active listening, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads who have not booked an appointment - Convert sales appointments into closed deals - Prepare proposals and solutions for potential clients - Answer client questions and address concerns about our services - Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely delivery of services
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) - 2 years of related work experience - Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing - Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills - Curiosity and a willingness to learn - Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure - Must be able to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail
