THIS POSITION WILL BE REMOTE, BUT WILL REQUIRE TRAVEL TO OUR NYC BASED OFFICES FROM TIME TO TIME. CANDIDATES SHOULD LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
*Responsible for overseeing NuORDER, product line list and available to sell inventory platform. *Work closely with production, design, sales and photo studio departments to manually load the pre-season product assortment, LOT imagery, and videos into NuOrder for line review and management meetings. *Once product lines are finalized, collaborate with production to release the catalog UPCs into NuOrder with IT and archive the pre-season product assortment. *Extract from Hot on Time the pre-season line list and extract from ABS the production line list and create the photo studio imagery google docs. *Responsible for updating the photo studio google docs product imagery due dates, NRF changes, product drops and product adds. *Upload the additional account required attributes, color family, size notes, fabric description, extended color name, and go live ETAs, downloaded from the company product information management platform, Salsify. *Load the finalized high resolution PDP imagery for each colorway and remove LOT imagery. *Assist the Sales team with creating account custom line lists.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*Bachelors College Degree Required and comparable corporate work experience preferred
LANGUAGE AND COMPUTER SKILLS:
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
