Description Sales Manager AlerStallings continues to expand our footprint across Ohio and beyond. This exciting growth has created new sales opportunities and requires a Sales Manager in order to develop processes and manage the channels. If you have experience taking an idea and building a process around it, this may be the opportunity for you. The Sales Manager will also manage the process post launch to ensure ongoing success and improvement. This position will report to the Sales Director and serves as the facilitator of communication, collaboration, and strategy throughout this Department. This highly visible role will work closely with the Sales Director, Region Heads and other Leadership of AlerStallings. This Sales Manager position starts at $50,000 - $70,000, pending experience. We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! Together.” Responsibilities: Accept the challenge of taking a new sales channel and creating a full project plan for success including ramp, launch and ongoing sales channel management and reporting Organize and prioritize critical issues, inquiries, and required information for the Sales Director to facilitate timely and effective decision making Coordinate and manage projects and leadership communication Create and maintain positive professional relationships across all levels of the Sales Dept. Mine sales data from performance reporting and provide strategic analysis/observations Create advisory board and executive level written communication and presentations Handle highly confidential material with discretion Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline • Expert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • 2 Years of experience in a support role to executives • Proven success in project and process management with cross functional teams • Experience with developing and implementing strategic plans in a growing organization • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data • Experience with project management software Apply
