Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for client conversion and retention, including warm/cold calling, lead generation, and managing client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a dedication to excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully generate leads through warm/cold calling, emails, and community engagements - Manage and develop new client relationships - Understand client business needs and match to appropriate service offering - Ensure frequent communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction - Work closely with internal team to meet client needs - Use CRM system to document all outbound and inbound activities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a law firm setting - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Sales - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to balance short-term projects with long-term strategic goals - Resourceful problem solver with the ability to pivot quickly - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven - Proficiency with various software tools - Ability to work in a team environment and follow established systems and procedures - Superior character, intelligence, and integrity - Goal-oriented and committed to personal development - Desire to be part of a fast-growing, high-production team
