Heading 1: Sales Account Manager at Growing Law Firm
Growing law firm is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in sales and will have experience in consultative selling. This position is highly rewarding and has the potential to be highly lucrative.
Heading 2: About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Ability to make meaningful and real connections with people quickly. - Ability and willingness to follow up with potential new clients (PNCs) multiple times in order to obtain an answer as to retaining the Firm’s services. - Not afraid of the word “no” or “not right now”. - You don’t take things personally. - You understand that sales are something you do for someone, not to them. - You are goal oriented. - You have a deep desire to bring about a positive change in people’s lives.
Heading 3: What You Need To Be Successful In This Position
- Ability to work independently as well as with some direct oversight. - Proven sales track record involving high dollar or luxury items. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data extraction and analysis. - Experience with the collaborative selling model. - Comfort and familiarity with technology such as CallRail, Zoom and CRM systems. - Have a highspeed internet connection.
Heading 4: Job Responsibilities
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct sales calls with PNCs scheduled by the Intake Specialist or Receptionist. - Coordinate meetings and calls with PNCs through the Intake Specialist, Receptionist, or Firm Owner. - Provide fee agreements to new clients to sign for attorney review. Ensure signed fee agreements are obtained and provided to the appropriate legal assistant. - Ensure a smooth handoff between a new client and the Firm. - Engage with new clients to ensure they’re receiving the highest level of service from the Firm. - Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports to owner. - Work with Firm to ensure milestones are being hit with new clients. - Review calls and constantly refine sales skills. - Attend weekly meetings with Firm owner and sales and intake teams. - Follow up on cold leads. - Engage in networking on behalf of the Firm. - Conduct calls with prior clients in order to show them that we care about them and their future. This may also result in new business, although that is not the primary purpose of the call. - Attend occasional sales workshops. - When necessary, be willing to assist with marketing efforts as requested by the Firm owner, such as assisting with production of a monthly newsletter, social media posts, etc.
