Job Title: Experienced Senior Family Law Associate Attorney Experience: Must have experience in family law Location: San Diego, CA
Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, support, and property division - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Attend court hearings and mediations - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case - Collaborate with the Discovery team of attorneys to support family law litigators - Take on leadership roles within the firm and mentor junior associates
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to the California State Bar - Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law - Experience handling complex family law cases is preferred - Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills - Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
