Job Description
ROLE TITLE: RISK ANALYST, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: Dublin (with Remote/Hybrid working options available)
This role is being offered on a PERMANENT basis.

SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Risk Management Team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is looking for talented individuals to help support and execute on a number of our key responsibilities:
*Providing independent Risk oversight and reporting on the Group's capital adequacy risk profile, including independent risk review of stress testing outcomes, ICAAP and proposed capital actions. *Leading the Risk review of the Group's 3 year Financial Plans and ongoing monitoring and reporting on key risks to delivery of the Plan and the Group's medium term financial targets.
Risk is an independent 2nd line function that monitors, controls and supports all risk-taking activities across the Group. The ERM function sits within Risk and is responsible for central risk governance and risk management activities - providing a holistic view of all risks and ensuring we adapt an integrated risk management approach across the Group.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
*Can help us maintain and enhance our dashboard of key risk indicators relating to the Group's financial performance. Support our financial analysis and risk challenge on key aspects of the Group's Financial Plans *Assist us in our review and challenge of the stress testing outcomes, by analysing outcomes and the consistency of key assumptions *Assist in our ongoing reporting and profiling to the Group's Board *Help us keep abreast of key industry and regulatory developments to understand the impact on the Group's risk profile *Assist in the preparation of concise and effective presentations for consumption by Senior Management, e.g. Group and Board Risk Committees.
This is an excellent opportunity which will provide excellent insight across the bank's key activities and allow the successful candidates to advance their risk and banking knowledge.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?
YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*3rd level qualification (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent), preferably in a business or finance related discipline; *An analytical mind-set, with ability to draw out key messages/insights from financial and management reports or data; *Commercial awareness and a broad interest in financial markets and economic trends; *Strong verbal and written communication skills (incl. Microsoft office, incl. Excel and Powerpoint) with ability to communicate key messages concisely for senior audiences; *Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team, with attention to detail, completing tasks to a high standard within agreed deadlines.
A background in capital management, stress testing or ability to extract/analyse large volumes of data while not pre-requisites would be considered positively;
