Review and examine title searches Ensure legal documents comply with North Carolina law Prepare title opinion statements Conduct residential real estate closings Interact with clients as a counselor and advisor Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited Law School North Carolina bar license required 1 years of real estate law experience preferred
