Research and Writing Attorney at Law Firm
Are you an experienced civil litigation attorney with a passion for research and writing? We are a leading contract litigation law firm in Florida representing small businesses and individuals in business, construction, employment, real estate, and other contractual disputes. We are currently seeking an attorney with more than five (5) years of research and writing experience in business and real estate and/or collections matters to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have significant legal research experience, access to legal research databases, and demonstrate the following abilities:
Legal Research: Use electronic and book resources to conduct legal research Draft Motions and Responses Prepare Mediation and Trial Memos of Law Manage client facts and documents Possess phenomenal writing/editing skills Take direction and constructive criticism Work independently and hit the ground running Set and meet specific due dates Produce a polished work product ready for filing Communicate professionally, concisely, effectively, and efficiently with our attorneys and clients
We will also consider entrepreneurial individuals with their own law practice who are seeking work outside the traditional law firm environment.
Qualifications:
