Responsibilities: - Support Principals and Associates in the Insurance Law Practice Group - Handle regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters - Manage and track document filings - Maintain databases and conduct research - Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with regulatory requests and responses - Produce and manage electronic documents - Track and manage deadlines and schedules - Interact with clients, regulators, and outside counsel
Requirements: - Entry level candidates interested in pursuing a paralegal career in government, regulation, or policy - Experience in corporate/transactional legal matters preferred - Prior internship(s) in government or healthcare desirable - Familiarity with research platforms such as LexisNexis - Proficiency in document management and court electronic filing systems - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team - Bachelor's degree preferred, but commensurate experience will be considered

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a leading law firm with a national presence, is seeking a Regulatory & Transactional Paralegal in the Insurance Law Practice Group at their Florham Park, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates interested in a paralegal career in government, regulation, or policy.
As a Paralegal, you will work closely with Principals and Associates on a variety of regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include document management, database maintenance, research, document production, and interacting with clients, regulators, and outside counsel. This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in corporate/transactional legal matters and familiarity with research platforms and document management systems is desirable. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but commensurate experience will also be considered.
