Law Firm Seeks Regional Senior Marketing Manager (Hybrid) for Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach Locations

In this role, you will oversee a team of high-performing regional marketing managers, responsible for managing the local and regional marketing and business development efforts for our firm of 2,200 lawyers. You will work closely with our Director of Events and Regional Marketing to develop and strengthen our regional marketing strategies, while promoting connectivity, professional development, and collaboration amongst the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Department Leadership to develop and implement local and regional branding and business development initiatives - Monitor and evaluate ROI of local and regional marketing plans - Work with regional marketing managers to develop regional marketing strategies and plan client programs and firm-sponsored events - Ensure clarity and collaboration amongst regional marketing staff and other marketing and business development team members - Assist with budget management and demonstrate ROI of planned activities - Oversee daily operations of regional marketing staff and drive efficiencies through the use of technology and resources - Evaluate existing regional marketing infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements - Work across all verticals within the marketing department to support local business opportunities - Advise individual lawyers and regional marketing managers on their regional marketing efforts - Manage special projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 8 years of business development and marketing experience in the professional services industry - Minimum of 2 years managing and directing the work of others - Strong knowledge of professional services marketing functions and tools - Strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills - Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
