**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Inc. is currently seeking a talented and experienced Refinery Attorney to join our team at our Paulsboro and Delaware City Refineries. As one of the largest independent refiners in North America, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** offers a dynamic and challenging work environment for individuals with a passion for the energy industry. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for the Delaware Valley Refining Complex, including oversight of outside counsel - Interact with federal and state regulatory agencies - Draft and negotiate contracts - Manage disputes and litigation - Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of the refining business - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of human resources and labor matters in the energy industry - Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental issues in the refining business - Strong research skills and ability to solve problems - Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively - Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask - Practical and solution-oriented problem-solving approach - Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications:
- J.D. degree required - Licensed to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction - 5 years of experience in environmental, safety, and employment law - Experience in the energy or chemical industry preferred - Willingness to travel regularly between New Jersey and Delaware - Salary requirements must be included for serious consideration
