Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate Salary: Competitive, with discretionary bonuses based on experience Experience: Preferably 3 years in civil litigation Location: Dallas-Fort Worth area Department: Litigation and Investigations
Job Description: - Support Partners in handling business, financial institution, labor, employment, and product liability litigation - Conduct fact investigations and inspections - Attend case conferences, depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations - Participate in firm-wide meetings and events - Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and written discovery - Work on cases from start to finish, including strategy development, fact finding, and trial preparation - Exceed client expectations and strive for successful resolutions
Candidate Requirements: - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas - 3 years of civil litigation experience - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter with a positive attitude - Ability to handle multiple cases independently - Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
