Law Firm Seeking In-House Recruiter and Professional Development Specialist
- Job Title: Recruiter and Professional Development Specialist - Location: Hybrid remote in Reading, PA - Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year - Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, vision insurance
Responsibilities:
- Posting job, internship, and clerkship opportunities across various platforms - Building and maintaining relationships with institutions of higher learning - Representing the law firm at job fairs, career events, and similar opportunities - Screening candidates, administering skills assessments, and scheduling interviews - Ensuring completion of required job application materials and background checks - Creating, administering, monitoring, and supervising internship and clerkship programs - Collaborating with career development staff to ensure compliance with school program requirements
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment and professional development - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel up to 25%
