Job Description
Law Firm is looking for a Records Production Clerk to join their team. The Records Production Clerk is responsible for reviewing records received from facilities, entering detailed notes into the Company database, and invoicing clients for the obtained records.
The Records Production Clerk must be a reliable team player and a self-starter, with strong time management skills and experience with computers and data entry. Prior proofreading and processing experience is a plus, and a medical background is strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce records timely and accurately per Company guidelines - Convert, scan, upload and file records - Maintain accurate internal/client database - Communicate with the team to meet daily operational goals - Adhere to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive documents - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Reliable team player and self-starter - Strong time management skills - Experience with computers and data entry - Proofreading and prior processing experience a plus - Medical background strongly preferred
Salary Information:
