## Job Description
The Maine Legal Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding client and potential client calls; speaking with clients on the phone, taking messages, and transferring phone calls to attorneys; working within established policies and procedures; typing up notes from phone calls; entering data into our online system; scheduling calls for attorneys; making sure supplies are stocked and some light office work such as photocopying and filing.

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls - Take messages and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel - Type up notes from phone calls - Enter data into our online system - Schedule calls for attorneys - Ensure supplies are stocked - Perform light office tasks such as photocopying and filing
