Law Firm Seeking Full-Time Receptionist/Clerk in Downtown Tampa
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Experience: Law firm experience preferred, but willing to train Location: Downtown Tampa

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Schedule appointments and meetings - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements: - Personable and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook - Prior experience in a law firm preferred but not required - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
